Styled Shoots
$8004 hours Production Studio + 4 hours The Loft Both spaces included. You bring your team, models, props, and styling, we provide the environment. Commercial rate: $1,120 (+40%)
Creator Content Days
$7504 hours Production Studio + 2 hours The Loft Both spaces included. Coordinate your group, split the cost, shoot across both environments. Commercial rate: $1,050 (+40%)
Workshops
$15008 hours Production Studio + 4 hours The Loft Full day in the studio for your class, training, or creative session. Loft available for breakouts and demonstrations. Commercial rate: $2,100 (+40%)
Brand Activations
$25008 hours Production Studio + 8 hours The Loft Full building, full day. Campaigns, press events, product launches, influencer gatherings. Commercial rate included — this package is always billed at commercial rate.
